Terms of Use

1. The service
We provide a calling app with an AI helper: you make individual phone calls to businesses from your browser and speak for yourself, and the service assists you during the call — live captions of what the other side says, optional reply suggestions, sentences you type spoken out loud in a natural voice, and live translation — based on a task you define and explicitly confirm before the call (the "calling card"). No AI conducts the conversation for you. The service is intended for private individuals handling their own personal, non-commercial errands — asking for information, booking or moving appointments, making reservations, following up on your own orders. Results are provided as a summary; outcomes depend on you and the called party and are not guaranteed. The service is in an early stage and provided as such.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts.
- You must provide a valid email address you control. Sign-in links are personal — do not share them.
- One account per person. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
- The name on your account and tasks must be your real or commonly used name (or that of a person who authorized you — see Section 3). Names that impersonate someone else, a business, an authority or a profession, or that mislead, are prohibited.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (names, numbers, goals, constraints). We rely on it as given.
- We may use technical measures such as a human-verification check at sign-in to keep automated abuse out.
3. Your calls, your commitments
- The assistance follows the task you confirm before each call (your goal and settings). Suggestions are only suggestions — nothing is said on the line unless you say it yourself or press Say it on words you typed.
- Before every call you must confirm the call declaration: that the call is your own private, lawful errand, that you may share the information in the task, and that you are not using the service to impersonate anyone. We record this confirmation (see the Privacy Policy). Without it, no call is placed.
- What you agree on a call, you agree yourself — an appointment you book binds you like one booked on any phone; cancelling or not showing up is your responsibility.
- If you make a call for a person other than yourself, you warrant that this person exists, has authorized you, and has consented to being represented this way. Impersonating a third party without authority is prohibited.
- The service never speaks payment details for you and cannot make payments. Legally significant declarations on a call (contracts, terminations, consents) are yours alone — the service neither makes nor accepts any on its own.
4. Acceptable use
You may only submit tasks that you would lawfully be allowed to carry out yourself by phone. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms; it lists what the service may and may not be used for. In short, the service must never be used:
- for advertising, marketing, sales, canvassing, cold outreach, lead generation, recruiting, surveys, fundraising, political campaigning, or debt collection of any kind (see §7 UWG — unsolicited advertising calls are illegal in Germany), nor for bulk or list-based calling campaigns;
- to call private individuals; the service calls businesses and organizations in their business capacity (the only exception is your own verified phone number);
- for emergencies of any kind — never for police, fire, medical or crisis services; the service is technically unable to place emergency calls and unsuitable for time- or safety-critical matters;
- to harass, stalk, threaten, defraud, defame, or deceive anyone, to circumvent a block imposed by a callee, or to contact someone who has asked not to be contacted;
- to obtain services or reservations you do not intend to honor, to disrupt a business's operations, or to exhaust a callee's availability in bad faith;
- to use the typed-speech voice to deceive anyone about who is speaking, or to have it read out unlawful, offensive, or rights-infringing content;
- to probe, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or access the service by automated means outside the documented app, or to attempt to access other users' data;
- for any purpose that violates applicable law, including telephone-marketing, data-protection, and criminal law.
Every task is screened before a call exists. Disguising a commercial or otherwise prohibited task as a private one is itself a material breach.
5. Your declarations
By using the service, and again with every call you confirm, you declare and warrant that:
- you use the service only as a private individual, for your own personal and non-commercial purposes;
- every call you request has a legitimate, lawful purpose and the recipient may lawfully be contacted for it;
- you will not use the service to contact anyone repeatedly against their wishes, to hide your identity, to impersonate another person or organization, to obtain confidential information about someone else, to bypass identity or security checks, or to pressure a recipient;
- you understand that a called party may have their number blocked across the entire service, and you will not attempt to override or circumvent such a block — in any format of the number, through another account, or through another number of the same business;
- the information and instructions you provide are accurate and lawful.
A declaration that turns out to be knowingly false is a material breach of these Terms (see Section 11).
6. AI — capabilities and limits
- The assistance is AI-based. Captions, translations and suggestions can mishear, mistranslate, or misstate things, and call summaries are a best-effort reconstruction, not a verbatim record.
- Verify important details (appointment times, prices, addresses, cancellation conditions) directly with the business before relying on them. Do not rely on captions or translations alone for matters where an error would cause significant harm (legal deadlines, medical decisions, financial transactions).
- We do not guarantee that captions or translations are complete or correct, that a call reaches the intended party, or that the goal is achieved.
- You remain the speaker on every call: nothing is said out loud unless you say it or trigger it. If a called party asks to end the call, respect it.
7. Credits, subscriptions, payment
- 1 credit = 1 minute of connected call time to a standard line; other destination types (mobile, international, special-rate) cost a stated factor more. Assisted calls are metered at the stated fraction of a credit per minute. The maximum cost of a task is always shown before you confirm it, and only connected minutes are billed.
- New accounts may receive a welcome grant of free credits (stated at sign-up, e.g. enough for the advertised number of free calls). Promotional credits have no cash value and may not be transferred or paid out.
- Numbers that stay unreachable after all attempts cost nothing; aborted or failed calls are not charged.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire; subscription credits are granted per period and expire at period end as shown at purchase.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive full card data. Prices include VAT where applicable.
- We may change prices for future purchases at any time; changes never affect credits you already hold.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases. When you spend a credit, you request that we perform the service immediately; once a task is completed, you acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal for that performed portion (§ 356(4) BGB). Unused credit packs are refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Protection of called parties
- If a called party asks not to receive calls made through the service again, we record its number in a suppression list and it cannot be called by any user — including you. This is not a defect of the service.
- A suppression entry survives account deletions: it belongs to the called party, not to the user whose call triggered it.
- Attempting to reach a suppressed number anyway — in a different format, through another account, or via another number of the same organization after it declined contact — is a serious violation and leads to suspension (Section 11).
- Callees can exercise their data-protection rights and complain about calls as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Availability and changes to the service
This is an early-stage service provided without an availability guarantee; calls depend on third-party carriers and AI providers whose outages are outside our control. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice; if a change materially reduces functionality you have paid for, you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund of unused paid credits.
11. Enforcement, suspension and termination for misuse
To protect called parties, other users, our carriers and ourselves, we may take enforcement action when we reasonably believe the service is being misused. Depending on severity, we may:
- refuse, interrupt, or cancel individual tasks;
- limit account functionality, reduce call limits, or require additional verification;
- temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the account, without prior notice in serious cases;
- block associated payment methods, devices, phone numbers, or accounts created to evade a restriction;
- preserve the records needed to handle complaints or legal claims, and report suspected illegal activity where we are legally required or entitled to.
Serious cases include in particular: marketing or cold calling, bulk or repeated outreach, harassment, impersonation, fraud or social engineering, deceptive use of the typed-speech voice, circumvention of a callee's block, knowingly false declarations, use of multiple accounts to evade restrictions, and repeated callee complaints.
If an account is suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, there is no refund of subscription fees or of used or unused credits, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory consumer rights, including rights that cannot legally be excluded, remain unaffected. Termination does not prevent us from pursuing unpaid amounts, chargebacks, damages, or legal claims.
You can object to an enforcement decision at [email protected]; we will review it, but access is not restored while the review is pending.
12. Liability
- We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, under the German Product Liability Act, and for guarantees we have expressly given.
- For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties (duties whose fulfillment makes proper performance of the contract possible at all and on whose observance you may regularly rely), limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.
- Any further liability is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
- We are not liable for the conduct of called parties, the accuracy of information they provide, commitments you instructed the assistant to make, or consequences of inaccurate task input you provided.
13. Indemnification
If a third party raises claims against us because you used the service in breach of these Terms or of applicable law (for example an unlawful marketing call you attempted, an impersonation, or content you supplied), you will indemnify us against those claims and reasonable defense costs, to the extent you are responsible for the breach. We will inform you promptly of such claims and not concede them without your input.
14. Intellectual property
The service, its software, and its content (except your task input and results obtained for you) remain ours or our licensors'. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or compensation.
15. Data protection
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy — including the rule that calls are never audio-recorded and transcripts are temporary.
16. Term and ordinary termination
- You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Remaining subscription periods end at the next renewal date after cancellation.
- We may terminate the contract with reasonable notice, refunding unused paid credits. Termination for cause is governed by Section 11.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms with effect for the future. We will notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect; the new version applies when you accept it — at your next sign-in or with the declaration you confirm before a call — or when you continue using the service after the notice period. If you object, you may terminate and receive a refund of unused paid credits.
18. Final provisions
- German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, and without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of habitual residence.
- EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
- If a provision of these Terms is invalid, the remainder stays in force; the invalid provision is replaced by statute.
- These Terms are provided in several languages. The English version is the reference version, except that for consumers in Germany the German version prevails.
19. Users in the United States
We are a German company and provide the service from the European Union; Sections 1–18 — including German governing law — apply to you as well. If you use the service from the United States, the following applies in addition:
- US calling laws are your responsibility for the calls you request. The service places individual, user-initiated calls to businesses and is not built for marketing — cold calls and robocall campaigns are prohibited by Section 4 and may also violate US federal law (including the TCPA and the Telemarketing Sales Rule) and state telemarketing and do-not-call laws. Do not use the service for anything those laws restrict.
- Call consent and monitoring. Calls are never audio-recorded. Live captions and a temporary text transcript are produced from your own call so you can read and keep its result (see the Privacy Policy) — you are a party to every call you make. You must not use the service to secretly monitor, record, or intercept anyone else's conversations.
- Refunds. The EU withdrawal right in Section 8 is granted to you contractually in the same way: unused credit packs are refunded on request within 14 days of purchase.
- Disclaimers and liability. Section 12 applies to the maximum extent permitted by the law of your state. Some states do not allow certain limitations of warranties or damages; where that is the case, those limitations apply only as far as permitted, and rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
- Privacy. How we handle personal data — including rights under US state privacy laws — is described in the Privacy Policy.
