Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TamerinTECH GmbH, Seestr. 19, 83727 Schliersee, Germany, phone: +49 (0) 8026 - 387 25 98, email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also declare your withdrawal using the withdrawal function on this page (Withdraw from contract); in that case we will confirm receipt to you by email without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

How this works for call time packages

• Immediate start only at your request. When buying, you can separately and voluntarily request that we begin the service before the withdrawal period ends. Only then can you use the call time straight away. This request is separate from accepting the Terms of Use and from the other party's permission for live help on a call.
• Without that request, the purchased call time becomes usable only after the 14-day withdrawal period has ended. If you withdraw before then, you receive the full purchase price back.
• Proportional compensation. If you requested an immediate start, the amount is based on the share of connected call time (in seconds) used until your withdrawal compared with the call time of the package. Example: you have used 10 minutes of the "30 minutes of call help" package for EUR 9.90 — we then refund EUR 6.60. The remaining call time of the withdrawn package lapses.
• Withdrawal and refund are two steps. Your withdrawal is declared when you send it. We then process the refund separately to the original payment method and inform you by email.
